| Recommended for applications that
include conveyors, packages that need to be sealed
in an upright position or for heavy packages that
cannot be easily lifted. The seal height is adjustale
in 1" increments (also equiped with height-adjustable
feet for fine-tuning). Sealing jaws can also be
adjusted forwards and backwards in 1" increments
for easy centering of the sealing head over the
package. Heavy Duty and/or High Volume usage. Available
in any height - table-top through floor-standing
sizes. |

Heater bar options available: Can be fitted with
single sided heat for standard sealing applications
or double-sided heat for sealing of thick materials
up to 80MIL (.080"); or for sealing high temperature
materials such as Teflon, Tedlar, etc. Custom mounting
options available to allow sealer to operate at
any angle, 0-360 degrees.

- Operator Burn Protection - Ensures that
the heated parts of the machine are not accessible
to the operator until the low temperature set
point is reached.**

material is reached on every cycle (accurate
to within approx. 5 Degrees Fahrenheit).**

the operator to program the rate of temperature
