Vertrod Style Steel Frame Circular Heat Sealer

Recommended for any application that requires a circular seal, e.g. sealing of nozzles into bags, etc. Available options include: Custom jaw openings up to 6"; Seal diameters up to 2-1/2" - custom sizes and configurations on request; Custom Heater Dies to suit any application. Available in any height - table-top through floor-standing sizes.

Operator Burn Protection - Ensures that the heated parts of the machine are not accessible to the operator until the low temperature set point is reached.**
Ensures that the melt temperature of the material is reached on every cycle (accurate to within approx. 5 Degrees Fahrenheit).**

User-adjustable Software Rheostat allows the operator to program the rate of temperature rise.
